DAY 17: Favorite Animal/Insect/Arachnid?
Well, I have to admit this is an odd grouping, but honestly I can't think of any insect or arachnid that stand out to be my favorite. My favorite animal in D&D is probably a Dire Wolf. It kinda is a cliche animal to like, but I appreciate how versatile they can be from a DM's perspective. In theory any seedy group has the possibility to have a nasty animal companion and since dogs are mans best friend, a wolf kind of fits the bill as a nefarious dog, and frankly Dire anything makes it better.
